CEO
Michael Thiel has been Chief Executive Officer of Frauscher Sensor Technology since 2009. He completed his diploma in automation with a focus on railway automation and railway signalling at the "Friedrich List" University of Transportation in Dresden. Michael has several years of experience working for well-known companies in the railway industry, such as Balfour Beatty Rail and Bombardier. Under his leadership, Frauscher has developed into a technology company operating worldwide.

CSO
Mayank Tripathi is Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at Frauscher Sensor Technology. He holds a master’s degree from École nationale supérieure des mines de Nancy and has 16 years of experience in the railway signalling industry. Prior to joining Frauscher, Mayank worked as an R&D engineer, Project Manager and most recently as Sales and Marketing Director. In 2016 he was appointed as the Managing Director of Frauscher France. Mayank speaks English, French and Hindi.

CTO
Andrzej Bartnik is the Chief Technology Officer at Frauscher Sensor Technology and Managing Director of Frauscher Poland. Andrzej initially joined the organization in 2019 bringing with him extensive knowledge and experience from previous managerial roles across the rail sector. Prior to joining Frauscher, Andrzej worked in several key strategic roles in the rail industry, including Product Owner, Chief Specialist and Onboard & Wayside Equipment Department Line manager, having completed his education at the Technical University of Gliwice with an MSc in Microelectronics and Telecommunications. Andrzej speaks Polish and English.

CDO
Melanie Kleinpötzl is Chief Digital Officer at Frauscher. Prior to her career as CDO, Melanie was Product Management Director. Her association with the company goes a long way, starting with her master’s thesis at the University of Applied Sciences of Wels on “Implementing product management within an industrial goods company”. In her role as Chief Digital Officer, she supports and drives digital initiatives within the company with a global perspective. Melanie speaks English and German.

Product Manager
Florian Einböck is a Product Manager at Frauscher Sensor Technology. After graduating from the HTL Braunau, Florian Einböck worked as a programmer for PLC, focusing primarily on machine safety and machine data acquisition. Alongside his work, Florian commenced a part-time degree in mechatronics and business, with a specialisation in innovation and product management. Subsequently, he spent seven years as a product and project manager responsible for software and computer vision projects. In 2019, Florian joined Frauscher as a Product Manager of the Frauscher Advanced Counter FAdC with a focus on "Future Signalling Architecture", Object Controller and protocols including Frauscher Safe Ethernet FSE and EULYNX. Florian speaks German and English.

Product Manager
Thomas Hartinger holds the position of a Product Manager at Frauscher Sensor Technology. Prior to joining Frauscher, Thomas served in several prominent positions within digital and technology firms, including Head of Digital Solutions, Analytical Sales Management and Customer and Sales Development. Thomas has graduated from the University for Continuing Education Krems with an MSc in Management and IT. He speaks German and English.

Product Manager
After graduating from the HTL Wels, Stefan König gained international experience in automation and hardware development. In 2016 he started his career at Frauscher in the Customer Service department. Two years later, he began an extra-occupational study at the Upper Austria University of Applied Sciences in the field of mechatronics and economics. Stefan speaks English and German and has been working as Product Manager since 2019.

BD & Regional Manager CEE
Goran Krpan joined Frauscher in 2017, starting his career in the sales department. In 2020, he was promoted to Regional Manager CEE. Prior to joining Frauscher, Goran was already active in sales for over 10 years in different industries with a focus on Southeast Europe. He obtained his masters degree in Global Sales and Marketing at the University of Applied Sciences in Upper Austria - Campus Steyr. Goran Krpan completed a semester abroad at the University of Siena in Italy. He speaks German, English, Croatian, Serbian and Italian.

BD & Customer Success Manager
Daniel Reisinger holds the position of a Customer Success Manager at Frauscher Sensor Technology. As Business Development Manager, he is responsible for Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and the Netherlands. Daniel has extensive experience in sales, having served as a Sales Manager in several different technology focused organisations. Prior to his role as Customer Success Manager, he also worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Frauscher Sensor Technology for more than nine years, placing customer satisfaction and impeccable customer service as an utmost priority. Daniel speaks German and English.

Business Development
Fabian Kleinpötzl has extensive experience in Business Development, Technical Sales and Customer Service. He currently works as a Business Development Manager at Frauscher Sensor Technology and is responsible for Switzerland, Italy, Spain and Portugal. He has over twelve years of experience within the rail industry in various demophraphics, including the United States, where he focused on technical sales, business development and training of colleagues and customers. Fabian is a Graduate Engineer of Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Applied Sciences in Hamburg. He speaks fluent English and German.

Business Development
Harald Murauer started his career at Frauscher in 2012 after he graduated from Johannes Kepler University Linz. In 2021, Harald took over the responsibility to develop our business in the Nordics and Baltics region in his role as Business Development Manager. He is passionate about working with customers from many different countries and cultures, helping them integrate Frauscher’s axle counting and wheel detection solutions via different interfaces for their specific applications. Harald speaks German, English and Russian.
